1. Program description
HiloVoice Agent Messaging is operated by AwesomeAI Inc, the company behind HiloVoice. HiloVoice provides AI voice agents that answer and place telephone calls to carry out intake, verification, confirmation, and follow-up workflows.
During a call, a HiloVoice agent may offer to send you something by text, or to let you send a detail by text instead of reading it aloud. Messages are limited to the call you are on: a confirmation that you opted in, a prompt to reply with a detail such as your name, email address, or mailing address, a confirmation that we received it, a one-time code to confirm your identity, a link to book an appointment, and a short follow-up about the outcome of the call. They are conversational customer-care messages tied to that call. They are not marketing messages.
Messages are sent from a HiloVoice number: our toll-free number 855-557-4549 or our local number (702) 781-2099. Reply STOP or HELP to the number that texted you.
2. How you opt in
HiloVoice does not send text messages to anyone who has not asked for them. The only way to opt in is verbally, during a phone call with a HiloVoice agent:
- When a detail would otherwise have to be read out loud, the agent offers to handle it by text and reads the verbal consent script below. The script names the program, describes the messages you will receive, states how many to expect, that message and data rates may apply, how to get help, how to opt out, and where to find these terms and our privacy policy.
- The agent then asks you to say yes or no. Nothing is sent unless you clearly say yes.
- If you say yes, the agent immediately sends the opt-in confirmation message shown below from a HiloVoice number to the phone number you are calling from, and the exchange continues by text for the rest of that call.
Consent is collected once per call and applies only to messages about that call. HiloVoice keeps a record of the call in which you consented. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you can always give your information by voice instead.
3. Verbal consent script
This is the script a HiloVoice agent reads before sending the first text message on a call.
- Agent: "I can text that to the number you're calling from. Just so you know, HiloVoice sends conversational text messages as part of the HiloVoice Agent Messaging program: things like a confirmation, an appointment link, a one-time verification code, or a request to reply with a detail we discussed on this call. You'd get up to five messages during this call, and none after it ends. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to opt out. Our SMS terms are at hilovoice.com/sms-terms and our privacy policy is at hilovoice.com/privacy. Would you like me to send that text? Please say yes or no."
- Caller: "Yes."
- Agent: "Great, you're opted in. You'll get a confirmation text from HiloVoice in a moment, and you can reply STOP at any time."
If the caller says no, or anything other than a clear yes, no text is sent and the agent continues by voice.
The first text the caller receives is this opt-in confirmation message, so the program name, frequency, rates disclaimer, and the HELP and STOP instructions are in writing on their phone as well:
- "HiloVoice Agent Messaging: You're opted in for this call. Up to 5 msgs per call. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
Full program terms are on this page. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are the documents referred to in the script.
4. What you will receive
Messages are limited to the conversation you are already having with the agent: the opt-in confirmation, a prompt to send a detail, a confirmation that we received it, a verification code, a booking link, and a short follow-up about the outcome of the call. Examples:
- "HiloVoice Agent Messaging: You're opted in for this call. Up to 5 msgs per call. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
- "HiloVoice: Please reply with your full name and email address so I can add them to your file. Reply STOP to opt out."
- "HiloVoice: Thanks [Name], we've received your email address. Reply STOP to opt out."
- "HiloVoice: Your verification code is [123456]. It expires in 10 minutes. If you didn't request this, ignore this message."
- "HiloVoice: Thanks for calling. We've passed your details along and will be in touch soon. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
5. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with the call. You will receive up to five messages per call, and the exchange ends when the call does. HiloVoice does not send recurring or scheduled messages under this program.
6. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. HiloVoice does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply according to your plan.
7. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, OPTOUT, or REVOKE, or text STOP to 855-557-4549 or (702) 781-2099. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you opt in again by saying yes to an agent on a later call, or by replying START to resubscribe.
Opting out of text messages does not affect any phone call you are on or any service the calling business provides to you.
8. Help and support
Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance. You can also text HELP to 855-557-4549 or (702) 781-2099, email [email protected], or use our contact form.
9. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your phone number only with the telecommunications provider that delivers the messages and, where you are speaking with an agent operated for a business, with that business as part of the information you chose to provide during the call.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information generally.
10. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are delivered over the networks of U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others; availability may vary by carrier and device.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated. Your continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance. For anything not covered here, our Terms of Service apply.
